What types of vehicles do you service?

We service all makes and models of passenger cars, light trucks, and SUVs, including domestic, import, and hybrid vehicles. Our ASE-certified technicians have experience with brands like Honda, Toyota, Ford, Chevrolet, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and many others.

Do you work on hybrid and electric vehicles?

Yes, we service hybrid vehicles and can perform most maintenance services on electric vehicles. Our technicians are trained in hybrid technology and we have the proper equipment to safely work on these vehicles. For complex electric vehicle repairs, we may refer you to a specialist.

What's included in your oil change service?

Our oil change service includes up to 5 quarts of oil (conventional, synthetic blend, or full synthetic), a new oil filter, fluid level checks, battery test, visual inspection of belts and hoses, and a courtesy multi-point inspection. We also check your tire pressure and top off fluids as needed.

How often should I get my oil changed?

Oil change intervals depend on your vehicle, driving conditions, and oil type. Generally, conventional oil should be changed every 3,000-5,000 miles, synthetic blend every 5,000-7,500 miles, and full synthetic every 7,500-10,000 miles. We recommend following your vehicle manufacturer's guidelines and considering your driving habits.

Do you provide diagnostic services?

Yes, we offer comprehensive diagnostic services using state-of-the-art computer diagnostic equipment. We can diagnose check engine lights, performance issues, electrical problems, and other vehicle concerns. Our diagnostic fee is typically applied toward the cost of repairs if you choose to have the work done with us.

Yes, we provide free written estimates for all repair work. For complex issues that require diagnosis, there may be a diagnostic fee, but this fee is typically applied toward the cost of repairs if you choose to have the work done with us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and personal checks. We also offer financing options for major repairs through approved credit applications.

Yes, we offer financing options for qualifying customers through our financing partners. This allows you to spread the cost of major repairs over several months with competitive interest rates. Ask our service advisors about financing options when you receive your estimate.

Are your prices competitive?

Appointments & Scheduling

Do I need an appointment?

While appointments are recommended to ensure prompt service, we do accept walk-ins for basic services like oil changes during business hours, subject to availability. For major repairs or specific time requirements, we strongly recommend scheduling an appointment.

How far in advance should I book?

For routine maintenance like oil changes, we can often accommodate same-day or next-day appointments. For major repairs or during busy periods, we recommend booking 3-5 days in advance. Emergency repairs are prioritized and we'll do our best to fit you in quickly.

What are your business hours?

We're open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays. For emergencies outside business hours, please call our emergency line.

Can I drop off my car after hours?

Yes, we offer after-hours drop-off service. We have a secure drop-off area where you can leave your vehicle and keys in our drop box. Please call ahead to arrange after-hours drop-off and we'll provide you with detailed instructions.

How long do most services take?

Service times vary by type of work: Oil changes typically take 30-45 minutes, brake service 2-4 hours, diagnostic work 1-2 hours, and major repairs may take several hours to a full day. We'll provide you with an estimated completion time when you drop off your vehicle.

Warranty & Guarantees

Do you offer warranties on your work?

Yes, we stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties. Parts typically come with manufacturer warranties (12-24 months), and our labor is warranted for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Specific warranty terms vary by service type.

What if I have a problem after service?

If you experience any issues related to our service, please contact us immediately. We'll inspect the work at no charge and make any necessary corrections covered under warranty. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we'll work to resolve any concerns promptly.

Will service affect my vehicle's warranty?

No, having your vehicle serviced at our independent shop will not void your manufacturer's warranty, as long as we use appropriate parts and follow proper procedures. We use OEM or equivalent quality parts and follow manufacturer specifications for all services.

Do you provide shuttle service?

Yes, we offer complimentary shuttle service within a 5-mile radius during business hours. This service is available by appointment and subject to availability. We can drop you off at work, home, or other local destinations while your vehicle is being serviced.

Do you have a waiting area?

Yes, we have a comfortable customer waiting area with free WiFi, complimentary coffee, magazines, and TV. The waiting area is clean, climate-controlled, and designed for your comfort during shorter services.

How do you handle customer privacy and data?

We take customer privacy seriously and follow strict data protection protocols. Your personal information is kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes. We never share customer information with third parties without explicit consent.

Do you offer emergency roadside assistance?

Yes, we provide 24/7 emergency roadside assistance including towing, jump starts, flat tire assistance, lockout service, and fuel delivery. Call our emergency line for immediate assistance, and we'll dispatch help to your location.

What should I bring when I come for service?
